Pavlos Savvides serves as an Executive Chairman at Options Choice Plc, the ultimate parent company of ChoiceOne Group. He has served as the Chairman of USB Bank Plc, Chairman of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions mainly in the banking sector in Cyprus and Greece.

He also held the position of Minister of Transport and Communications in the Government of Cyprus. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Aristotelis Savvides studied Law at the University of Exeter UK. He worked in London as a legal advisor in the airline industry and as a legal associate in the largest law firm in Cyprus. In 2006 he moved to Athens and assumed the position of Operations Manager in Mad Dog SA, a document archiving company.

In 2009 he returned to Cyprus to become COO of Options Choice Plc, and he assumed the role of CEO of the Group in 2011.

Eve Berry qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloittes and has over 10 years' experience as a Finance Director and Board member.

Eve has worked predominantly in professional business service organizations and has over 8 years specializing in international pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses – most recently as International Finance Director at Pharmion Inc. and Group Finance Director at Nucleus Holdings Ltd. Eve joined ChoiceOne in September 2011.

Chris Toller has over 25 years' experience within the international pharmaceutical business.  Educated as a physician, Chris served for 15 years as Managing Director of a specialist London-based communications agency.  He has worked with leading global pharma and biotech clients helping to align clinical, scientific and commercial plans for new product development.

Chris joined the Choice Group at the end of 2009 as Managing Director of Choice Healthcare Solutions.  With the creation of ChoiceOne in mid 2011, Chris moved to take up a group-level role, focusing on identifying opportunities for growth and helping to drive the value of the ChoiceOne brand.  

Katerina Papamihalaki is shareholder and CEO of Mad Dog SA since 2004. Mad Dog is a Greek company offering records and information management (www.maddog.gr). Between 2000 and 2004, Katerina was a partner in SKR Ltd., a company active in mergers and acquisitions in Cyprus and Greece.

Previously she was manager of investments in Commercial Capital SA, a Greek venture capital fund. She has a bachelor degree in Politics from Queen Mary and an MA in War Studies from Kings College, London.

Sallie Coventry was appointed as Managing Director of W&O in January 2011, having worked within the business since March 2008 as both Account Director and Operations Director.

With a degree in Modern Languages, Sallie started her career in events in 1998 working in a diverse range of businesses, mainly focused on servicing the pharmaceutical industry, including a medical communications agency, a CRO and a number of pure logistics agencies before joining W&O.

Sallie has a broad range of experience and expertise, encompassing the practicalities of event management, the soft skills required to manage a team in a “people business” and also the hard-nosed commercial attributes necessary to succeed in a competitive climate.

Margaret Vernon, who qualified as a pharmacist, has 23 years’ experience in medical publishing and medical communications business. Margaret spent 11 years with Wolters Kluwer, initially as a journal editor, progressing to Operations Director of their medical communications operation in Europe and latterly as Managing Director in Australia.

Margaret worked for 2 years with Adelphi as Operations Director followed by 8 years with the Nucleus Group, initially with MediTech Media and latterly as Director of ArticulateScience.

With a Masters degree in Pharmacology, Chris Wang is a highly accomplished pharmaceutical executive with over 16 years’ experience during which she has directed important clinical trials across the Asia-Pacific region within multinational companies including Bayer, MSD and GSK. Chris’ extensive expertise covers clinical operations, business development, project management training and CRO management.

She has an enviable reputation for turning around and building highly effective business teams and, since 2008, she has made a remarkable contribution to the development of Choice Pharma.
